The International Energy Credit Association (IECA) came to AH after being managed by a volunteer for many years. IECA had developed contracts for their annual meeting 4 years ahead of time. While doing so, they needed to project growth in order to ensure they could meet the demands of attendees. The organization did not see the growth they had planned for, but still had contracts in place for their meeting for higher attendee numbers. The organization was going to lose nearly half a million dollars over the next 4 years if the contracts were not re-negotiated.
